American Congressman Randall "Duke" Cunningham Sentenced for Corruption

Former U.S. Congressman Randall "Duke" Cunningham was sentenced to 100 months in custody based on his convictions for conspiracy to commit bribery, honest services fraud, tax evasion and a substantive additional count of tax evasion involving more then $1 million in unreported income.
 
Cunningham was also ordered to pay almost $2 million in restitution for back taxes and forfeit almost another $2 million based upon cash payments he received during the conspiracy.
