Weapons of Mass Destruction Commission

The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction was charged with "assessing if the intelligence community is sufficiently organized, equipped, trained and resourced... relative to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction..."

A report was presented to the President on March 31, 2005.
