Vincent J. Bove, CPP: Vincent J. Bove is a nationally recognized authority in ethical leadership, violence prevention, law enforcement morale, resiliency, and suicide prevention. He was the first-ever NYPD-appointed Law Enforcement Motivational Speaker and continues to work closely with law enforcement agencies nationwide, providing guidance on leadership, ethics, and organizational resilience. As a leading author, Bove has contributed numerous feature articles, op-eds, leadership pieces, and his own column for Law Officer. He has written extensively for the National Association of Chiefs of Police, including 18 cover stories, special reports, and 65 articles over 16 years, helping shape national law enforcement dialogue.
